Prague, Czech Republic 2023
I am a PhD candidate in the Political Science Department at the University at Buffalo. My areas of specialization are international relations, public law, and political theory. Previously I earned a Master of Arts in International Relations from American University School of International Service, a Master of Science in Education from Utica College, and an Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University at Utica College where I double majored in Government & Politics and Philosophy with a minor in History.
My research interests are focused on the international relations subfield and where it intersects with public law and political theory. Special attention is paid to International Law, American foreign policy, global governance, and philosophy of law. I am also a founding member of the Junior IO Scholar group.
I have a passion for teaching and have been instructor of record for ten different courses in both political science and philosophy. I have taught courses across a number of subfields including IR & IL, foreign policy, comparative politics, public law, political theory, and ethics.
Before my academic career, I was a tennis pro and still enjoy playing regularly. I also enjoy golf, chess, soccer, basketball, cooking, and reading whenever I get the chance. I would love to learn how to ski and sail in the near(ish) future! I currently live in New York with my dog Hudson.
